RCV is a skunk at a garden party. No matter who invites it, what it’s wearing, or how many baths it’s had – it still stinks. It confuses voters and causes voter suppression due to the “I give up” factor. It causes thousands of ballots to be discarded and those voters’ choices ignored. It causes delayed governance.
