Fox News: NY Court Confirms the Obvious: Non-Citizens Cannot Vote

In 2021, the New York City Council (not voters) passed a law that non-citizens be allowed to vote in local elections. This was a liberal canary in a coal mine to push this agenda forward to other areas controlled by The Big City Democrat Machine. Although this ruling will likely be appealed up the judicial food chain, the state Supreme Court has ruled the state’s Constitution is clear that only citizens can vote, as one justice noted, “it is a right granted (only) to citizens of the United States.” One might ponder why we are even having this debate …. ?  More
