The Federalist: Pennsylvania has no excuse for no-excuse mail voting

No-excuse vote by mail, rife with threats to ballot security and a portal for individual and organized vote fraud, was handed a resounding defeat last week when the 5 – 2 Democrat majority Pennsylvania Supreme Court correctly affirmed that is unconstitutional under state law. Although Democrats will elevate this to a higher court, the PA Constitution is clear that the legislature overstepped its lawful bounds and authority in passing Act 77 that allowed vote-by-mail without requiring voters to attest to a valid excuse for not voting in person.
